Anthony Bekker is Of Counsel to Invenio LLP and leads the firm’s cross-border service expansion as a dual qualified lawyer practicing in both Australia and the UK.  Anthony loves helping companies at all stages of the growth lifecycle realize their global ambitions and solve their most complex problems; bringing a practical and highly commercial approach to legal matters.

Anthony is a co-founder and Managing Director for APAC at Biztech Lawyers.  Previously, he led both legal and operations at e-commerce marketing unicorn Rokt, helping it grow 10x as it expanded from Sydney to Singapore, the US, and then Europe.  Anthony has practiced as a legal advisor and business strategy consultant in both Australia and the UK, and as a Solicitor in government service with the UK’s consumer regulatory agency.  Anthony began his career at Mallesons Stephen Jaques in Sydney.

Anthony leverages this broad array of experience and an INSEAD MBA to give clients of all sizes critical perspective throughout each growth cycle. 

Anthony now works out of Sydney and when he’s not getting in and amongst the tech community, you’ll find him down at the beach with his wife and little daughters, travelling, or taking up some random challenge like cycling across the Simpson desert!
